Actually, the people in #pokemon took over #dragonquest on EFnet. We moved to Esper.net since they have better security against takeovers. Try connecting to adastra.esper.net port 7000 or go to their homepage to find a server close to home. :)

Trouble on IRC.
Yesterday, the people in #dragonquest were involved in a "war" with those in #pokemon and they attempted to take over our channel. #Dragonquest is temporarily invite-only as of that incident. :(

Modem/ISP problems.
I've been having major problems connecting to my ISP recently. I can't get anything above 2400bps on my 28800bps modem. That's right, 2400bps!! I'm currently looking for a new ISP and/or modem and I won't be updating this page or #dragonquest as often until I fix the problem.

Breaking News!!!
Neil_ announced that there is much hope in Dragon Quest 5 being translated. Neil_ and his translation group, Partial Translations, has merged with Dragoon-X all non-dialogue (monsters, weapons, armor, etc.) to be done by Christmas. We don't know when it'll be completely translated.
