Comments on download speeds and network connections:
Download speeds are fairly decent, but unfortunately very unstable. The connection frequently stops without a disconnection, and there isn't much you can do but manually disconnect and reconnect again. It gets to be quite annoying after a while especially when download a large file.

Their e-mail is great.

Their server doesn't carry many groups but posts are usually kept for many days before being deleted.

Comments on Tech Support and Customer Service:
Tech Support is fairly ignorant and defensive. I asked them to help find a initialization string for my modem that would hopefully solve the problems of disconnections and unstable connections, and their seemed to know even less than I do (no, I don't consider myself a modem expert.) In addition, they stopped responding tech support e-mails since around Augest 1998.

Additional Services Offered:
They offer 5 MB of webspace and a fairly active monitored chatroom. They also have pages on recipes submitted by their subscribers as well as forums on their homepage.

This would be a great ISP if their didn't have severe problems with their modems.
