They are great when it comes to this. Downloads speeds from fast servers are always high and web pages load up responsively.

E-mail is always great, and I don't think they have any limitations in this area (i.e. attachment size limits.)

They don't have their own Usenet servers, so you have to use Digex's (nnrp.digex.net). This server carries posts only briefly before deleting them.
